Role Overview
Ensure all manufactured products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct in-process and final inspection, manage third-party inspection agencies, and maintain quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process dimensional and visual inspection
- Witness and document hydrostatic and functional pressure tests
- Manage third-party inspection agency witness activities
- Prepare and review Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
- Maintain calibration records for all inspection equipment
Requirements
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years in quality assurance in valve / pressure equipment manufacturing
- Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO and EN valve testing standards
- Experience with NABL-accredited lab testing preferred
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
